Have you experienced or witnessed any oddities this Christmas? We’ve been trawling the news to bring you some of the wackiest events we could find this Christmas and we think we’ve found a couple of absolute gems…
Staff at Glastonbury Court care home in Bury St Edmunds decided to make a wish come true for one of their elderly residents this year. They organised a beefy male stripper, dressed up in a fireman’s uniform, to put on an ‘almost full monty’ strip show. Needless to say, the resident was thrilled to bits and told staff how she hoped “he could visit us every day” and that she “loved every second.”
Then there was the even odder oddity of an elderly gentleman with a real Santa beard who decided to rob a bank in Colorado Springs on Monday only to then walk outside and chuck bundles of cash up in the air while wishing passers-by a “Merry Christmas”. Perhaps odder still is that the passers-by then scooped up all the cash and handed it back to the staff at the bank.
