The Independent reports that a white supremacist who had taught himself how to make homemade explosives and who was arrested at Heathrow Airport last June, has been spared jail despite planning a petrol bomb attack in America.
When arrested, George Fowle had a video of the Christchurch attacker on his phone, as well as over 400 images of far right figures and emblems. He even filmed terrorist videos of himself wearing the St George’s flag while loading an air rifle and handgun.
The prosecutor told the Old Bailey that Fowle was enamoured with “mass casualty incidents in public places, such as schools” and that he had been searching the internet for “black market guns” and instructions for homemade firearms.
Despite all this, Judge Mark Dennis QC gave Fowle 20 months in a young offenders’ institution, suspended for two years, plus 60-months of probation & 120 hours of unpaid work.
Perhaps the the rules in this country are different if you’re not seen as a threat to white people… or maybe this is what they mean by ‘White Power’?
