Folks, I’ve discovered something that has me concerned enough to want to publish a warning. I was looking for information on Your Party branches and recently discovered a couple of new websites, one of which is asking for branches to register and does not look legit. I was hoping to report it to Your Party but I can’t find any contact details on the Your Party website, asides from an email which appears to be unattended (they still haven’t responded to an earlier email I sent them 3 weeks ago). I suspect, post conference, and this close to Christmas, there’s probably no one actually manning Your Party emails right now.
I have contacted Your Party on Twitter about this but I’m still waiting for a response. In the mean time, I think it’s important to raise awareness just in case people are thinking of registering their details on what looks like a fake Your Party website. So here’s the information that I’ve been able to glean…
1) Even though it looks like a Your Party page (same colours, font styles, etc), it’s not. As you can see, from the screenshots below, the page URL doesn’t match up and the tab icon is very different.

2) There are no contact details on the fake site and not a lot of information about who actually set it up or whether they had any authorisation to do so. Seems to me, if we intended to create a Your Party branch list then it would be published on the Your Party website where only registered members would be able to login to access it, and not on some random website.

3) They appear to have a Branch Directory page (https://yourparty-branches.uk/directory) that already lists 65 contact emails for various branches around the country, many are duplications and 53 of them have a gmail.com suffix.
4) There is a name at the bottom of the page – Rob Pietryszyn – and some links to his profiles on Medium and X. However, when you check the accounts you notice that they were both created in August 2025 and have very little information. Also, the Medium account has just 29 followers and the X account only has 14 followers.
5) I tried to do a reverse image search on his profile pic but Google was struggling to recognise the image and kept zooming in on his sunglasses, rather than his face
6) I then searched for his name to see if I could find anything else on him. The first thing I managed to find was a Facebook post in the Your Party Sheffield group, where he admits to the admin that he’s from Calderdale and he’s promoting his Your Party ‘contact list.’ Note, this post is from 4th September and there are no further posts from Rob Pietryszyn in the Sheffield group after that date. I then find another Facebook post and this was in the Your Party Birmingham supporters Group. Rob Pietryszyn was commenting on the post and asking the admin for the email address for YP Birmingham supporters group. In another Facebook post the admin for Your Party – Bury, is welcoming Rob Pietryszyn to their group. So, it’s clear he’s trying to gather contact details for Your Party branches around the country without official authorisation, and we don’t really know for what purpose. Incidentally, he appears to have set up his Facebook profile so that it’s not visible to the public, which is also a little concerning.
7) If you read the bumf on the fake website (https://yourparty-branches.uk/) It actually reads very much like an attempted take over…. “We Don’t Need Another Hero, we don’t need permission… Make YourParty OurParty!” It starts by criticising the factionalism inside the party and attacking Jeremy and Zarah, suggesting they’re more interested in their careers and identities and on centralised power structures (which is absolute nonsense). Then he tries to argue the case for decentralised power and argues that branches across the UK need to be able to find each other, organise together and hold leadership accountable together. He makes the case for grassroots control, adding “Only then can we make Your Party… Our Party.”
The fact is, whether you’re for or against decentralised control is irrelevant and factionalism is nothing new, both on the left and on the right. Didn’t we just show that we can and will fight for what we want, at the Your Party conference? We chose collective leadership didn’t we? This could never have happened in any other party. It happened in Your Party because both Zarah and Jeremy have been working hard on building a grassroots movement from the very start, which is why collective leadership was on the table as an option. Yes there is factionalism and the launch was bumpy but let’s be clear, Your Party would never have happened if not for Jeremy and Zarah and it would not survive without them. Seems to me there are always going to be opportunists and entryists who are going to try and exploit what they think are weaknesses to push their own agenda but this Rob Pietryszyn person comes across more than a little shifty to me. I can’t find any personal information on him, we’ve no idea if he’s even a Your Party member, he’s using extremely divisive rhetoric, he’s even copied the Your Party website colours and fonts and set up a domain that resembles the Your Party website, which is extremely deceptive and he’s fishing for contact details by joining legitimate Your Party groups for constituencies that he does not belong to, asking for peoples emails and phone numbers. For all we know he could be a zio-bot, but let’s face it, there are a lot of people who would love to see this project fail, and some of them will go to any lengths. Thing is, we’ve been here before, we see the signs now, so here’s my response to ‘Mr Rob Pietryszyn,’ whoever the hell he is….
